Description

Ready for a fast-paced active outdoor teambuilding activity?

With up to 6 teambuilding stations running at once,  our Mini-Olympics event is loud, zany and a ton of fun. Teams of four-five people each compete against each other in a round robin tournament, so everyone gets a chance to challenge each event. Choose from a catalogue of activities to challenge your teams in this fast-paced event. each activity is unique, some more athletic, some strategic, others require great communication and coordination...and all designed to get your teams mixing, laughing and having a ton of fun.

How it works

Participants are divided into groups of 20-25 people. Each group is then split into teams of 4-5 people each to compete in a round robin tournament of several challenges. An optional Grande Finale Challenge can be included where all teams compete together to determine the winners.

Your Program MC coordinates timing with each group rotating to a new challenge every 20 minutes. Teams earn credits at each challenge station, with victory awarded to the team earning the most credits overall. Credits can be awarded for speed, teamwork, creativity, or just because.

Challenges

Challenges can be tailored depending on desired level of activity, as well as weather conditions for the season. We are happy to tailor the event for your specific needs, accessing our library of available challenges. Contact us for more information 403.760.4403 ext 21 or info@whitemountainadventures.com

What time of year can you run Mini Olympics?

Mini Olympics is available any time of year. Designs can be adjusted to account for weather. and can include a mix of indoor and outdoor challenges. Programs can be adjusted last minute (where possible) in cases of severe weather. Note events at Lake Louise are limited to winter months when the lake surface is frozen.

What is the minimum/maximum number of participants you can accommodate?

Due to minimum fixed costs and to make race atmosphere more engaging, we require a minimum of 50 participants. We have designed races for groups of up to 250 participants.

How long does a Mini Olympics activity take?

Ideally, a Mini Olympics Program will run 1.5-2 hours.

Some members of my group are less active than others. Can everyone still participate together?

Mini Olympics is designed for a wide range of participants to enjoy. We can tailor your event to include challenges that rely more on creativity, communication and teamwork.
